Road Cycling 1:50:00 [3] 52.0 km (28.4 kph)

CRT ride, went along Canning Hwy from thebridge which was pretty crappy too many lights and bus that kept getting in the way. Otherwise a nice ride with good rolling most of the way - main part average around 32km/hr time lost with light sna casual ride to and from Brew Ha

Orienteering race (Metro Scatter) 24:13 [4] * 4.61 km (5:15 / km)
spiked:14/14c

Last event of the Metro series in Kings Park. Took the right option and ran North uphill to start and then out to the back of Hale oval before coming back down along the dual sand track - with just a short up hill finish from 6. About a minute off Lee but good enough for 3rd and enough points to sneak ahead of Chip and Ken Brownlie (Ken Post was MIA) and hold onto the old farts trophy in the Medium.

Actually made a strong effort to run hard, but the good fortune to select the right way at the start and Chip & Ken heading the wrong way (from a route perspective) and the knowing the park so I did not really have any navigation to think about.

Running 47:41 [3] 8.6 km (5:33 / km)

Medium pace with Cath in Kings Park, took a few sand trails and long steady up hills

Running 41:47 [3] 8.0 km (5:13 / km)

Regular long Kings Park run, did not push too hard but nice to have a cooler evening for change.

Went to see Slumdog Movie in Kings Park afterwards - recommended

Running 1:01:45 [3] 10.05 km (6:09 / km) +180m 5:38 / km

Running at Rebold Hill, lost of hills and 1.5km along the Bridle Path which was tough going. Overall a decent run and cool enough at 7:30am not to be too stressed
