Road Cycling 1:57:00 [4] 64.0 km (32.8 kph)

CRT group - regular group split into slightly faster and slightly slower sections - so had about 10 riders of similar ability.
Kept a good pace and fast sprint on Matilda Bay touching 50km/hr and finished in the group.

Road Cycling 10:00 [2] 4.0 km (24.0 kph)

To and from Brew-Ha for the ride

Road Cycling 50:00 [3] 20.0 km (24.0 kph)

Ride to and from the Sprint Orienteering at City Beach - few decent hills

Half way up the Boulveard hill a lady in car stopped me to ask how to get to Pery lakes to watch her Grandson play hockey - just what you need stopping half way up a hill!

Orienteering race (Sprint) 19:05 [4] ** 3.4 km (5:37 / km)
spiked:19/20c

Last of the regular Sprint Series events - just the Champs to go.

A bit better pace than some, very simple navigation but a couple of route choice legs got 7-8 right and catch a bit of time on Chris GS but decided to take the right hand route on 9-10 and lost touch with him. Chris also speeded up over the last couple (or maybe I slowed down!!)

Lost 20-30sec on 17 when I looked at the wrong tree I guess startign to get lazy near the end.

Running 50:43 [4] 9.3 km (5:27 / km)

Morning run in Kings Park - still and around 8 - 9 deg very good running weather. Found that the paved path through the middle of the burnt area from Park Rd up to the Broadwalk is now a sand track so a hard grind up that section down to 6.24m/km picked up the pace after of rise past Hale Oval and ran 4.40 min/km to Zamia
Felt much better than Tuesday

Road Cycling 40:00 [3] 19.0 km (28.5 kph)

Down through UWA to Nedlands foreshore, 3 laps on the flat truing to push it quite hard then cruise back home.

Made a major discovery on the way home, La Galette De France has open a shop on Broadway so no need to wait until the weekend or drive to South Perth for the best French bakery in the Southern Hemisphere.

Running 43:04 [3] 8.0 km (5:23 / km)

Long Kings Park run, felt very slow at the start and then got slower. Tried to hang onto Cath and Kim but they went out of sight when I got to Law Path. Hopefully I can pick up the speed again soon and the slow pace was the effect of the long ride on Sunday

Road Cycling 3:23:00 [4] 102.0 km (30.1 kph)

Subi to Hillaries then back to Freo and Shelley Loop - did not spend much time on the front which was a saving!
