Orienteering race 28:33 [4] 3.66 km (7:48 / km) +82m 7:01 / km
shoes: VJ Integrators

SOL Middle Distance at Peterdine.

Fairly straightforward course with several controls visible from some distance as they were hung on the approach side. Was going well with no mistakes to #12 (slight wrong direction at #10 on a steep uphill leg) but lost concentration coming into #13, which was the last control. Control hung very low in a vague creek and seemed too close to the rock surface so lost places to Ian F and Simmo

Thought about the 2nd course but decided to take some photos instead.

City Walking 1:20:00 [2] 8.0 km (10:00 / km)

From home through Kings Park to the City to collect a card from the bank, not sure why they could not post it out. Then across to North Perth and then up to West Perth for a meeting.

Nasty, smelly and noisy Petrol-Bike went by near City West Station way to quickly for the path.

Kept a good pace so a guess on the distance
