First run of 2016, very humid and no wind but not hot, took ages to coll down and stop leaking sweat when I got back home.

Managed the 5th km at close to 5 minute pace but died after that so plenty of room for a faster time later in the year.

Across Reabold Hill from Perry Lakes to City Beach. Had a quick dip in the ocean. Nice walk and not too hot.

Bruce and Scott (on fixie) around and about the western suburbs. Found a few hills to test Scott, he passed all the tests with flying colours and I had to chase hard a couple of times to keep with him up the hills. Of course the downhill is a different story and easy to get away once the speed goes over about 30km/hr as he cannot spin his legs that fast!

Spotted in no particular order:

Bad behaviour by bike riders bashing the back of a car that did not take off from the lights fast enough for them at Claremont
Ric & Susan Howe riding on Curtin Avenue
A ~1.2m dugite crossing the bike path near the SAS barracks
