Full lap of Kings Park, nice spring morning for running not hot, not cold, little wind.

The slight hills in Kings Park get harder after 6 or 7km but managed to get to 10km then a jog home.

Nice walk at Perry Lakes, sun shining and lots of birds to look at and photograph. Quite a bit of water in the lakes this year which attracted the wildlife.
