Sore leg now progressed to inflamed tendons at the top of my Hamstring, seems OK on the bike but no good walking hard and definitely not for running.
Trying no walking or running to see if that will settle it down.

Dropped car for a service in Osborne Park, so went out to Scarborough then down the coast to Swanbourne and back home via the railway.

Back to Osborne Park to load AHG account with my hard earned!
They tried to flog be a Time Belt service for a bargain price of $600, I asked them why it was required and they told me that Subaru policy was to overhaul it at either 5 years or 125,000km. The car is 5 years old but has only done 63,000km, what a scam the timing system does not wear out sitting in the garage!
They also wanted $159 to change the pollen filter, and put some magic anti-bacterial spray in the A?C System. Quick look on line has the filters starting at about $20.

Ride home from the orienteering event, visited the start of the paths at Spencer / Nicholson Streets twice as I took a wrong turn somewhere and was not sure which road I was on so just kept going until something made sense. Turned out that was the Spencer / Nicholson junction the 2nd time.
