Road Cycling 1:05:28 [3] 26.31 km (24.1 kph) +59m
shoes: Colnago CLX

Warm morning with a moderate Easterly which was good for some speed back along Matilda Bay and enough to catch a random rider who I had been chasing through South Perth but who managed to get away crossing the road at the Narrows where I was stopped by a car and he got in front.

Orienteering race 42:48 [3] 5.9 km (7:15 / km) +78m 6:48 / km
shoes: Ascii 2000 Oct 2016

Glengarry Score Event

Had a quick study of the map and decided to head north across the ovals and up to the reserve on the edge of the map and then work my way back. Was not sure how much running (jogging) I would do because it was rather hot and my bum muscle is still not fixed. So jogged with a few walks and worked my way around the west side of the map. Dropped down after the shops and walked back up the hill.

Finished with a couple of minutes to spare but on the route I took I could have got #118 30 points but did not spot it at the time.

Shelly Bridge and back to South Perth for a coffee and Pain aux Raisin with a depleted Friday ride group. All the other boys were MIA for various reasons so I had the lead into the wind :-)

Christchurch School, Tawarri and a lap of Kings Park.

Not much wind but still very humid and unlike normal Perth Feb weather

Road Cycling 58:14 [3] 21.64 km (22.3 kph) +111m
shoes: Colnago CLX

Lap around Kings Park to sticky beak the clean up from the PIAF opening, a few barriers still around and a couple of light towers but most of the gear had been packed up.

Then down through UWA to Tawarri for a couple of laps.
