I thought the rain had passed so drove over to Reabold Hill and did the Zamia Trail loop. I was wrong as there was a heavy shower just after I started, actually quite nice to run in the rain as long as it is not too long and you can get home for a shower afterwards.
Struggled with the hilly section at the end and walked a few sections.
Saw Karl Kullmann running the opposite way to me, seemed to still have it as he was powering along much faster than me!

Ran the designated Middle Course managed to get 7th place behind fast junior Joanna and others. No significant errors or bad route choices.
