More run than walk at Reabold. Walked some of the steeper sections.

Dropped the bike at the Bike Dr in Subiaco to see if they could find and fix the noises from the crank, pedals, wheels, of somewhere.

Went to pick it up and the mechanic was working on trying to find the source, swapped out the bottom bracket, lubed and tightened all the suspect bits, swapped the pedals, swapped the wheels and still came back and said it still has a "tick"

I got a deal as he spent a couple of hours trying to fix the problem and said it was still there.

So I paid $50 and went for a ride around Kings Park and did not hear the the clanking and grinding from before so maybe it is fixed?

Time will tell.

Tried to do a couple of faster 500m sections on the way back, hard to get up to anything reasonable. Manged to get to around 5:30 pace for each of the 500m sections.

Good that there does not seem to be any back pain, just slow!
