OMG Real Training!

Went with Rachel, Paul and Craig for some sprint training on the Rosalie Ovals after a warm up run around Kings Park. 90 sec on 90 off 90 on 90 off 60 on 60 off 30 on 30 off then I was done!

I think it is good to try a push some intervals as I am sluggish most of the time.

Enjoyed it so thanks to Rachel for getting me doing something different.

Putting out the last controls, marking a taped route and collecting controls at the end

The courses seemed to go well and most people were happy and the kids got to play in the creek and look for tadpoles.
