Rogaining 5:59:45 [4] 26.6 km (13:31 / km) +379m 12:38 / km

Avon Valley National Park 12 hour rogaine.

Did our own 6 hour event (GPS Crapped out at 5:12:22 so guess of another 3km

Lots of tracks and some ugly bush to go with the nice open areas.

Owen Horton and I keep a pretty steady pace with a target of 20-25km and 6 hours we kept to plan.

Legs pretty tired at the end but a bath and some nice wine feeling good a few hours later. (Note the Rogaine finishes 10 minutes after I posted this)

NOTE: Random person coming the opposite way says " Hi Richard, you most likely don't know who I am. I am Will Blackshaw, thought he was only about 3 feet tall last time saw him!

Last ride along the Thames before taking the bikes back to their home in Folkstone :-(

Nice cool morning with the usual number of walkers, runners, dogs and general users of the tow path. Many 10s of thousands of people live within a short distance of the river.

Yesterday it was the Thames Path Challenge 25, 50 & 100km walk, run or jog from central London to Henley and today a Bike challenge from London to Windsor. Next weekend there is an event on the river in kayaks, skis and whatever boat takes your fancy. A very well used area.
