Stopped for a rest and to drop my heart rate at the DNA tower otherwise kept going all the rest of the way.

Had to be the Swan crossing warden at the Derby / Aberdare road junction as the family were crossing back to the lake. Stopped the traffic including a rather fast moving taxi. Swans safe for another day

A solo (socially distant) ride to Christchurch College and back witha couple of Tawarri laps. Plenty windy enough and pushed quite hard to get a bit of aerobic effort.

Good to see that the line up at the Covid-19 Clinic at QE2 Medical Campus seems to have shrunk from the last time I went past.
