Did an OK route on what seemed to be quite a simple area.

Not fast enough to keep up the Ken * 2, Ian plus Carol Had a tussle with Jan F for the first few controls until she missed a slightly shorter route and I got a 100m on her.

Managed to remember to download this week.

First attempt at the DNA tower run since January

Mostly running with frequent 100m walks, every time my HR goes over 150 it gets hard to keep running

My try it again and see if I can get the time time down a few seconds
