Turned up for the 2nd Spin class to find that Sophie was not available so class cancelled.

Did my own variant with a warm up then 1 minute on faster around 110+RPM and 1 minute slower recovery - Heart rate climbed nicely for a pretty picture on Garmin

Wayne and Susan showed up but did not take my offer to lead the class, and retreated to the treadmills!

Took the bus to the South end of UWA and then worked my way back to the North.

Re-shooting the PhotO Orienteering Anytime Map for Ian Fletcher.

Found a nice new mural and one site where someone had inconveniently padlocked their bike to the bike stand I was due to photograph!

UWA was full with all the new students being shown around andbe taken on guided trips to all corners of the campus. Maybe they should all be given an Orienteering Map of the campus and told to find their own way?

Walked home after the photo shoot - very humid not sure what happened to Perth's "dry heat"

UWA Sport have started holding Spin Classes in the 30 minutes before the regular Jumpstart session so I thought why not give it a go.

Ended up as just me and Sophie the Instructor / Gym Manager so I got a personal training session. Fairly hard work and certainly got the Heart Rate up

Tried to get some of the other Gym Buddies to come - will see who turns up on Thursday

Weight loss of nearly a kilo between leaving home and getting back in serious need of shower!

Got a bee sting just at the end of the 4th lap stuck under my jersey.
