Wu: ~20minutes, with a fair bit of climb!
Wd: ~10minutes, gentle jog down and back to the car. (:

I like the satisfaction that comes from doing a hard session in miserable weather.

Strengh+Conditioning 25:00 [2]

Wobble board, + stretching. (: Also tried to see how many press-ups I can do in one go. Got 14, personally i'm quite impressed with that. (: Arms are a bit knackered now tho'.

FVO headtorch run. (:
The first 20 minutes was a killer, straight up from the uni onto dumyat! From there it was a lovely cruise all the way back down, past the resevoir and back to the uni. (:

Wu - 3 laps + the usual drills.
Wd - 2? 3? laps unwind.

It was 12 x 1min on/1 min off this weel.
Sore left quad, might have been sensible not to push so hard but I was far too determined to keep getting the same distance. Been stretching it since and i'm thinking it'll be just fine thankfully. (:
I was getting about 260+m on each one, and managed to really push on the last one to get 300. (: (:
