FCC Middle Race, Millards Pike.
I didn't get off to a great start, was too low on number 1 and too high on number 2 and quite hesitant on both of them. But after that i started flowing and getting things right. Lost a bit of time on 7, too far to the left and basically just lost concentration. Then lost a good 2 and a half minutes on 8 - I was too careful so went quite slowly so then thought i had gone too far so tried to relocate but couldn't because i wasn't where i thought i was, eventually i decided to carry on going a bit and found it. From then on I was clean apart from reading the wrong code at 11 and panicking that i was at the wrong control when i wasn't..

Overall i'm happy with how I did, but annoyed at the time I lost at number 8, because if i had just kept going i would have found the control easily.

Wu - Long way to the start, walked and jogged parts of it with Lauren. Then some drills and stretching at the start.
Wd - Jog back to the start with Lauren, Anwen and Hollie. Then jog/walk all the way back to the assembly with Lauren.
