Hot hot hot HOT. Yum, sweaty.
The usual long run - pipe bridge, darn walk, glen road, up up up up through MInewoods, along road and up to resevoir, to jhi finish/wall, undulating path through hermitage, along top of BofA, park of keir and home. :)
Was feeling pretty rubbish to be honest, calves really sore and the heat wasn't helping with the knackeredness either. I started with dad (after giving mum a 10 minute head-start) but he was setting too fast a pace so I kept having to walk bits. :/ Was a bit rude to him and told him just to leave me, so he did and so he told me i had no chance of catching mum now. He was wrong. Caught mum just after we'd come out of BofA, so we walked/jogged bits from there, turns out mum wasn't really feeling great either. :)
