A wee bit of training in the Trossachs - dad was checking the area out so I got out an old course Really tough area - deep heather! Thankfully the bracken wasn't too high yet, still taller than me though. :)

Wu: Jog from home to where i was doing hills - thought it was only going to take about 10 minutes, obviously i was wrong... but it meant i got a good warm-up. :)

Same route I did with the parentals on Saturday, wee bit faster.

and exams are finally over!! :) and the sun is still shining. love love love. :)

FVO evening event.
10 minute k's on Sauchie Crags - that's gotta be a first. Lovely course.
