Another lovely wee area. Got off to a bad start - young trees made me veer off a bit to the left, and the first control was difficult to see in the bracken. After that I was pretty clean, caught up and passed both Kirsty and Lauren. Lost a bit of time on 7 by looking too early. But very much enjoyed the course.

Argh argh - been a fair bit lazy with training this week! Had some excuses actually - got vaccinations on wednesday (hep-a, typhoid, hep-b & rabies!) so arms all achey and sore. Also been doing lots of driving which is really quite exhausting!!
