| 5 x 1200m in 5:35, 5:34, 5:36. 5:34, and 5:33 on the track. The temp was around 86 degrees at 8 PM. Last week I ran to hard and couldn't hold the pace toward the end so I ran a tad slower this time. I took shorter rest breaks based on my recovery heart rate of 112. |
