ahr:124 max:157
Rode my bike thru Castle hills. It was 96 degrees. I've been feeling much better the last few days.

Saturday Jul 19

Running long 1:02:50 [3]7.0 mi (8:59 / mi)
ahr:146 max:165 shoes: Adidas Ozweego Millennium
91 degrees. I was going to do 10 miles, but it was so hot that I decided to cut it down to 7 miles. I had a strong finish though. I did the last half in 3:56.

Friday Jul 18

Biking 48:00 [4]12.0 mi (3:59 / mi)
ahr:117 max:155
Easy ride through Castle Hills. It was between 90 and 95 degrees but seemed pleasant on the bike.

Thursday Jul 17

Running 44:20 [2]5.0 mi (8:52 / mi)
ahr:140 max:166 shoes: Adidas Ozweego Millennium
91 degrees. I ran an easy comfortable pace. I'm starting to feel pretty good again.

Wednesday Jul 16

Running tempo 24:29 [4]3.0 mi (8:09 / mi)
ahr:150 max:165 shoes: Adidas Ozweego Millennium
90 degrees and very humid. Heat index 97 degrees. Tough to run in this heat.

Monday Jul 14

Running intervals 27:52 [5]3.75 mi (7:25 / mi)
ahr:150 max:172 shoes: Adidas Ozweego Millennium
5 x 1200m in 5:35, 5:34, 5:36. 5:34, and 5:33 on the track. The temp was around 86 degrees at 8 PM. Last week I ran to hard and couldn't hold the pace toward the end so I ran a tad slower this time. I took shorter rest breaks based on my recovery heart rate of 112.
Running warm up/down 10:00 [1]1.0 mi (10:00 / mi)
