Thursday Jul 24

Running tempo 57:30 [3]6.0 mi (9:34 / mi)
ahr:144 max:160 shoes: Adidas Ozweego Millennium
I started slow around 8:50 per mile for the first 3 miles and then had to walk a few times on the 4th mile. I had a real bad day. My knees were stiff. It was 91 degrees with around 63% humidity and I felt real hot.

Wednesday Jul 23

Played softball tonight.

Tuesday Jul 22

Biking 44:00 [4]11.73 mi (3:45 / mi)
ahr:123 max:155
95 degrees. It was to close to dark so I had to do short ride today.

Monday Jul 21

Running intervals 27:56 [5]3.75 mi (7:27 / mi)
ahr:151 max:173 weight:169lbs shoes: Adidas Ozweego Millennium
It was 95 degrees but the heat didn't seem to bother me. I rode my bike up to the track. My plan was to run 5 x 1200 m in 5:35 each. I started at the right pace with a 2:45 for the first 600 m, but then ran to fast after that. I did the intervals in 5:27, 5:33, 5:35, 5:40, & 5:41. It was a struggle for the last 3 intervals.
Biking warm up/down 15:00 [1]3.0 mi (4:59 / mi)
