today we did a big loop backwards, ran around the soccer feild and back to the school.

today i felt good. we did an out and back trough the city.

today we did basicaly the same thing as last time but we added supermans and this thing where you are laying on your stomach and you grab your ankles and pull your chest and your legs off the ground so you are balancing on your core muscles.

today was our second day of running 25min. i felt pretty good but still need a little more time getting used to it.

today was our first run of 25 mins. we had run the way we ran today before and today i felt we were running it faster and when we got to certain points i check my watch and we were running fast this time then we were last time

core building (abs in wrestling room) 15:00 [3]

todays ab work was harder. we had to do a handstand against the wall and hold it for 10 seconds. that was easy but then we did up downs, dimond push ups, 18 inch to 45 degrees to 90 degrees and then back down to 45 degrees then 18 inch, then we did planks, more up downs, and fast sit ups.

today was my second long run of the season. we ran on the road today and i got really tired. i need to start focusing on lengthing my stride and relaxing my sholders. if you have any tips for doing that please leave a comment. thanks
