I finally used my new Garmin 405. It was so much fun to run with it.

The total included warmup and cooldown. I did 10 mostly one minute intervals at 6:39 pace. I rested by jogging for a minute. A few times I rested for 30 seconds. The last 2 intervals I ran in 1:30 and 2:00 minutes. The intervals were a little too conservative for me. I probably could have gone harder.
