Walk 1:40:00 [3] 8.0 km (12:30 / km)

I was fighting some bug all day. Throughout the day we went for slow walks to get rid of the cobwebs. I was feeling better in the evening.

Bike 1:45:00 [3] 22.0 km (4:46 / km)

We hired a guide to take us for a biking wine tour. It was so much fun. We rode for about 3 hours but did lots of stopping to look at nature, etc. We stopped at one winery and finished by having lunch at a barn restaurant. Loved it!!!

Walk 20:00 [3]

We went for an evening tour of Hearst Castle. It exceeded my expectations. All should see it. It wasn’t really a workout but I included it because this is the only log I keep and I want to remember.

Bishop Peak. It is considered the iconic SLO hike. It was foggy so we didn’t get a view but it was still lots of fun. It was rated average to advanced. It was really easy and short. But I think if it has been warmer we would have suffered.

A hill to the Black Hills. The best part is we walked from our condo to Black Hills. It was a short little volcanic plug. Today was a bit of a lazy day as I am fighting a cold.

Kayak 2:30:00 [3]

A guided tour of the Estuary with a guide. We learned a lot about the local eco system. It was sooooo excellent in everyway and a goodish workout with a walk on the sand spit. My favourite part was visiting the oyster barge and learning how they raise them. So cool.

Monday Nov 4 #

Run 45:00 [3] 6.0 km (7:30 / km)

A run along beach from Morro Bay to Cayucos. It is a 10 km beach we ran 6.

Walk 2:00:00 [3] 13.0 km (9:14 / km)

The walking portion of the walk and return trip along the beach. Saw a beheaded dolphin on the beach.

A walk through the Morro Bay to the rock. Watched and cheered a local triathlon race.
