with Simon, Sarah and Amy. Not doing a lot really.nice and relaxing though.

Lost 9-3 to top team. enjoyed it, played well, scored. quads really sore now, worked my ass off, for the cause.

relay, 3rd leg. went out in second place by 3 minutes or so, so took my pace down a notch to try and stay clean. it worked, in that I didnt really make any errors, but Alasdair Mcleod still came past in the last couple of controls, which I didnt even realise! annoying, cos I would have tried to hang on.

but still, happy with 3rd. :)

Just way too scrappy , around 10 minutes of errors, which is about 10 minutes too much in the new forest.

Weights all round. quite tough.

Cycling 30:00 [2]

cycling to and from sports centre, and via Cowherds on the way back. Lovely.

Running 40:00 [3] 5.0 mi (8:00 / mi)
shoes: Pegasus

wore the road shoes so to protect my knee more, and proceeded to roll hard on my ankle after about 15 minutes. Hurt like f***. took 5 minutes on the floor, and gingerly completed the run, but at a more cautious pace. frustrating.
