More sprints, and lots of flies.

Tempo effort around the roads. Legs struggled on the climbs but got faster after that.

Long run in peaks, heavy bag. Around Digley, Pennine Way, Holme kind of area. Felt good all the way, just a bit heavy legged towards the end.

A loop around Lyme Park on another day trip. Really nice. 5kg pack

Easy jog along to Burden Bridge and back from Bolton Abbey, with C. Small bag on back, barely applicable to the OMM, but whatever.

Long run wih Caroline in Peaks - Baslow, edges, down to Grindleford, back along river to Baslow. Took a 5kg bag which hurt on the first climb, but wasn't too significant thereafter.
