A piss poor couple of weeks - a mixture of illness and then a week of skiing, boozing and eating.
It's been most enjoyable.
However, I have now entered the 3P, and it'd be marvellous to not start cramping going up Whernside this year. So 10 weeks of training and hills start here.
This was a loop around Rothwell, including plenty of off-road. I enjoyed it, but running felt unfamiliar and difficult. Shouldn't last too long.
