Effectively 5 x 1km. It's always a tough session, and tonight was no exception, but I managed to keep going OK. Alwyn specifying that we should maintain form up the hills and he didn't want to see any 'thrashing and bashing' - whatever that means.

Feels like a bit of form is returning, but some way to go.
