Longish run - loop out into Monsanto Forest Park (hilly, pine woods, lovely) and down to the coast so a flat 5 mile or so finish. Enjoyed it, despite not feeling too sprightly

Orienteering! What is this sorcery?

SYO evening event at Wheata Woods, suitably local for a hop across after work. Thoroughly enjoyed it - navigation not so bad all things considered.

I am now fitter and wear contact lenses, too. Turns out it helps to be able to see properly when orienteering.
