Wimbledon changed channel and the gym didn’t, so I sacked it off.
I’ve been much more disciplined at cross training than usual, in fairness

Pull ups (8,8,6), tricep dips, chest press, rows, ankle rehab exercises.
Can almost hop on the bad foot now. Still swollen and bruised, which I’m hoping will subside soon.
