Orienteering race (Northern Champs - Wombwel) 1:36:00 [4] 8.6 mi (11:10 / mi) +400m 9:45 / mi

A rare foray back into orienteering. I thought Wombwell was nice, but it was a very physical, grotty experience - especially the map extension. Naturally rusty nav and made a few decent errors, plus a little bit of time loss at the end through mental fatigue was much as anything. However I very much enjoyed being out with map and compass again.

Didn’t feel so bad after the weekend, and churned them all out in 2:27-2:30 (off 1 minute). Solid and unspectacular
