Shorter than usual run because I had to be back/showered etc by 4 for house inspection. Also not feeling too great/energetic, am going to have a rest day tomorrow. Tried to push it harder because it was shorter.

6 x 130m hill sprints with walkback recovery, 2:00 recovery after 3 reps. Up old road in St Helen's park.
