Orienteering race (US Ultra Champs 2010) 1:27:43 [4] 8.0 mi (10:58 / mi) +400m 9:29 / mi
shoes: Inov-8 Flyroc 310

I forgot to charge my watch again, so the miles and climb are very roughly estimates. Hey, this race was most gnarly: climb like you wouldn't belive, some tough navigation, nice and long, water up to the mid thigh ('the crossing'). I loved it!!!! And I only really messed up on one control (2?, 3?).

Orienteering race (RMOC Western States D2) 48:17 [4] *** 4.72 mi (10:14 / mi) +269m 8:41 / mi

No mistakes except for #6 (red course). I must have lost only a couple minute there. Other than that I was flying through the course :)

Orienteering race (RMOC Western States D1) 55:35 [4] *** 4.71 mi (11:48 / mi) +529m 8:45 / mi
ahr:181 max:193 shoes: Inov-8 Flyroc 310

This one was pretty clean except for a little mess up on #2 (red course). I felt a little tired overall, and my breathe always seemed to run out a little soon (I'm guessing it was all due to the what?, 6000 ft. in elevation change from where i live :P haha. Yea, my watch recorded the highest elevation during my race as 9382 ft. Now I know that the GPS doesn't always hit the elevation rigth on the head, but it's normally pretty close.
