Today I was supposed to run a mile, but my knee didn't feel good enough (after the running/walking at Catalina State Park). I did get my knee bends, other band exercises, and some core and upper body work in
Cataline State park meet today- a good number of volunteer hours, and then during control retrival, I actually got a decent workout. My knee didn't feel good enough to run very much, but I walked the whole thing without any pain
