its were okay, don't go well for race :( i did tried hard but didnt went good performance.. i guess i ve learnt some lesson. :) :)

There's strong uphill 300m in my location which i used to running up and down, it's really enjoy for fighting to getting on the top.

Just processing to recovering my injury, I wish i d run hard for 20-30min but I have to respect my body firstly so it's too bad for me.
