Did a lot of attack and defence work. Then we played a game and I enjoyed it a lot, except for my headache. But on Monday I will go for a MRI scan. I was really tired and I'm not use to this long trainings.
We did a 10 min warmup and then we did the training on the track, because it looked like it was going to start to rain. The training was something like a min fast, a min slow, min fast . . . I only did 6 fast minutes, a 4 min cooldown and then had to go to science class.
Had my firts hockey trainig with the first team. I'm not in yet, this is just a training group. We did a lot of stickwork and played a game in the end. It was really nice but very tiring.
