Cycling 30:00 [3] 6.1 km (4:55 / km)

The first 80m was in veld, so it was rough for me to ride there. Then I went around the blocks and it was really fun. I went to my fathers home.

Cycling 10:00 [3] 1.63 km (6:08 / km)

From my fathers house I went back to my mothers house. I really enjoy cicling, but I don't like the helmet.

Had a bit of a cold this morning, and it got worst during the day so I couldn't run.

I did a warm up in the morning for 20 min. I took it really slpwly and easily. It was fun and I didn't get tired at all.

Running 25:00 [5]

My brother and I did hills. I tried as hard as I can and in the end I was dead. The hill was 300m long. I ran almost as fast as I can, (I'm not a very fast runner) and then jogged very slowly down. I did 6 of this with no rest in between. My rest was to jog down the hill.

Frisbee

My dad and I went mapping, because we're holding an event in July. We didn't run at all, but you still get tired of mapping for 2 hours in the sun, without resting.

We were supposed to run 35min, but it started to rain very softly and I was scared that I would get sick, and then I can't train at all. My arms was also so stiff of yesterdays training that it was hard to run.

Running 20:00 [4]

Todays training was strength and rhythm. One round was to jump 20 times over something about 40cm high, do 20 push-ups, do 20 sit-ups, do 10 weird push-ups, (you sit on something with the hight of your bed, stretch your legs out and take your bums of the bed that just your hands touch the bed. Then you push yourself up. It is really hard that is why I only did 10) and then I did rhythm. I did 4 rounds of this and was dead after that.

This was my firts day of training in a long time, because athletics finished somewhere in February. This is the first year we must train by ourselves in the holidays. I ran around our 800m block in ± 3min and 30sec on average. Then I rested for a min and went again. I did this 5 times and jogged around in our yard to cool down.
