We did a nice 1.68 warm up. Then we did 6 sets of a 300m hill and a 400m. I was very tired and didn't do the last 400m.

We had a cross country competition. I didn't like the course because it was to much on the rubgy fiels. I did do better than the last time, becuase I'm training again.

We didn't train so hard today. We did 1 min slow and then we had to pick up the pace, 1 slow, 1 fast, for 30 mins. It was very fun, because everyone could choose their own route. A girl in gr. 10 and I were running together.

I started training again. It was very rough. We did a 1.68km warm-up (very slowly) and then we did our sprint stuff. We did 6x1000m with 1 min rest between. After the third one I couldn't go any futher, but somehow I managed to finish the whole session.

We had our first cross country event at our own school. I didn't like the course because it's not our normal one. (Their building another hockey field - JIPEE!) I think I did very well (27 out of more than 120). my heel was still sore but it is getting better.

I rode to my friends house to give her papers back. Most of the distance was on a gravel road. We went up a hill and I got very tired. Tomorrow I'm going to see a docter for my heel so I won't be training.

I rode bicycle from my mothers house to my fathers house. It was on a rocky road so it was pretty bumpy.

I only did the warm up. It was a 2.13 warm up. My heel is still sore, but it gets worse on the field. Today we were supposed to do 5 sets of 2x400m.

I like riding bike while my brother is running. Today we went a bit harder, but it was still nice.

We did LSD (Long Slow Distance) today. The first 20 min was nice and slow. We stopped twice; to stretch and to drink water, but I didn't drink water.

Second half of the trainging session. This was very hard work. Most of the running was up a slope, but in the end it became more steep.

We did a 2.92km warmup in about 13min. My heel is still sore. Then I did 3 sprints and only 1x1000m. The others did 6x1000m. I was just too sore. Hope I get better soon.

We didn't even sleep for a minute last night but it was so fun. I did a 10 min warm up. Then we were supposed to do 15 sets of 1 min fast and 1 min slow. But I only did 1 because my heel is still sore of jumping into swimming pools. Then I just jogged around untill I couldn't go further. I hate sitting out.

I jumped into a swimming pool with all of my weight on my heel and I didn't seem to learn out of my mistake because it did it again. Today I couldn't train so I just did the warmup.

Running 1:20:00 [5]

Today we did a 20 min warmup. Then we did 20x100m, with only 18 seconds to get there and 20 seconds rest. After that we had a water break and then did 20x80m. It was a very hard session because I'm not a sprinter. We did a very slow cooldown.

Running 1:01:00 [5]

We did a 18 min warmup. We did hills today. 5 Sets of 50m, jog down, 100m, jog down, 150m, jog down and a 200m, walk down. The last 50m of the 200m was horrible. It felt as if my legs was made of jelly. Did a very slow and short cooldown.

We did LSD (Long Slow Distance) today. It was cold but not as cold as yesterday morning. It was a nice run and we didn't feel half dead in the end.

Running 1:00:00 [5]

We did a 20 min warmup. Then we did rhythm and flying 30's. Then we did 3 sets of 4x300m. I tried my best to keep up with the senior girls and I think I did pretty well. We did a short cooldown.

Running 1:20:00 [4]

It was freezing cold. We couldn't feel our hands. We did a warmup to the gholf course. Then we did 4 sets of 3 min (95%), 1 min jog, 2 min (95%), 1 min jog and 1 min (95%), 1 min jog. I kept up with the senior girl so I felt good about myself. Did a cooldown back to our houses.

Running 1:40:00 [4]

We did a 20 min warmup in Bela Bela High School. Then we did a hard session of rhythm. It took a lot of the time. After that we were supposed to do 7 150m, but I only did 6 because my knee was saw. We jogged around the school for 5 min.

When we got to the gate of Klein Kariba they dropped us of and told us to ran to our houses. It was a nice run.

We did a LSD session just to get us going. We did a nasty hill that made us really tired, but it was fun to see the place.

We did a 2.63km warmup. We did rhythm again. Then we did 12 200ms. 4 of the 5 days we did 200ms, so I'm getting tired of it. After that we did a 5 min cooldown. Tomorrow we are going to Klein Kariba for our cross country camp. Friday we are coming back.

We did a 2.89km warm up. Did the 5 sprints. Then we did rhythm for a time. That made us pretty tired. Then we did 4 sets of a 400m, a 200m and a 100m. The 400m made us very tired. After that we did flying 30s and a 5 min cooldown. Luckily it wasn't as hard as Tuesday!

Running 45:00 [4] 6.0 km (7:30 / km)

My legs are KILLING me!!!!! We did a 2.67km warmup. Then we did 4 hills. 2 was 260m and the other 2 was 200m. It was a pretty steep slope so we suffered. The we did a 1.91km cooldown. It was a hard training.
