I rode to my friends house to give her papers back. Most of the distance was on a gravel road. We went up a hill and I got very tired. Tomorrow I'm going to see a docter for my heel so I won't be training.

I did a it very slow and easy. Just wanted to get out of the house for a bit.

I rode bicycle from my mothers house to my fathers house. It was on a rocky road so it was pretty bumpy.

I did 20 push-ups and 20 sit-ups.

I only did the warm up. It was a 2.13 warm up. My heel is still sore, but it gets worse on the field. Today we were supposed to do 5 sets of 2x400m.

I like riding bike while my brother is running. Today we went a bit harder, but it was still nice.

We did LSD (Long Slow Distance) today. The first 20 min was nice and slow. We stopped twice; to stretch and to drink water, but I didn't drink water.

Second half of the trainging session. This was very hard work. Most of the running was up a slope, but in the end it became more steep.

I rode bike while my brother was running. It was very nice and I didn't get tired.

Monday Jul 14, 2008 #

We did a 2.92km warmup in about 13min. My heel is still sore. Then I did 3 sprints and only 1x1000m. The others did 6x1000m. I was just too sore. Hope I get better soon.

I did 3 sets of 20 push-ups and 20 sit-ups.
