I rode to my friends house to give her papers back. Most of the distance was on a gravel road. We went up a hill and I got very tired. Tomorrow I'm going to see a docter for my heel so I won't be training.

I marked myself as injured because my heel is not getting better. Tomorrow I'm going to a docter.
We did a 2.92km warmup in about 13min. My heel is still sore. Then I did 3 sprints and only 1x1000m. The others did 6x1000m. I was just too sore. Hope I get better soon.
