I couldn't do anything right, but it was nice. My muscle in my leg got sore, again.

We are still practicing our dances. It is going better. Don't think we are going to practice again.

We did a slow warmup, but it was still hard, going up our hill. We did 3 sets of 4x400m. I didn't feel very well but I finished it. In the last set I only did 3x400m, because I my throat was sore. In the end I felt good about myself.

We were running at Wonderboom and there was a BIG BIG hill. I weren't feeling too good but I made it. I did a lot better than I thought I would. The fun thing was running downhill.

We did slow running, because tomorrow is a big race with a BIG hill. And I got sick and I'm not feeling too good.

Monday Aug 4, 2008 #

We did a fast 35 min on the raod. It was 5.47km and my legs was very sore. When we got back at the school we did 6x200m with 30 seconds rest in between. after that we did 80m sprints. I was really tired in the end, but it was a nice session.
