The climb was bad. I got really tired going uphill. It was fun, I enjoyed the course. I made a few mistakes in the beginning, but in the end it went better.

I was very hot. I didn't make any major mistakes. It was very nice. I was very tired in the end.

We did a 17 min warm-up. We did 5 sets of 48 hurdles and a 300m. (We did 240 hurdles!) My arms and my stomach is so sore.

I was very tired after yesterday. We did a long distance today. The last 200m was a hill and I just couldn't go further.

It was Gauteng North Trails today. I didn't really like the course and I didn't feel too good so I didn't make it. Hope I'll feel better next Wednesday.

We did a slow jog, because tomorrow is Gauteng North Trails for cross country. After that we did 5x100m.

Monday Aug 18, 2008 #

Running 50:36 [3] 9.18 km (5:31 / km)

We did a 15 min warm-up, then we did intervals for 35 min. My leg got sore again, but I finished it.
