Did a 10 min warm-up. My legs were really tired after yesterdays race. Then did 6x200m, and it actually weren't that bad. Had a nice 5 min cooldown back to the school.

Running warm up/down 10:00 [1] 1.0 km (10:00 / km)

Warmed-up to the bathrooms and back.
Cooled-down on half of a lap (2km).

Running race 17:16 [4] 4.0 km (4:19 / km)

I had a sucky start. I was still waiting for the people with their sticks who tells you to stay behind the line and the next thing is I heard the gun shot. Then I realized, oh, I should probably start running.
The first lap went good, but at the second lap my legs got so tired. The last 400m was downhill so I picked up the pace and tried to catch an Overkruin girl, which I did. Just after that an Affies girl tried to catch me and she did, like 5m before the finish line. : ( Still had a good run finishing 38th (3 places better than the last one!)

Had a slow jog today, because we have a cross country race tomorrow. I felt good in the beginning but my legs got tired to the end.
