Bad, bad, bad. I almost puked, but I finished.

Very, very good. I came second. My time was 26 seconds faster than last Fridays race.

Started to over heat, so I stoped.

Wednesday Feb 3

slept:7.0

6 min warmup. Then 6 x 200m and a 5 min cooldown. My times for the 200m were: 34, 36, 36, 38, 37, 40

Tuesday Feb 2

Running 23:45 [3] 4.1 km (5:48 / km)

Couldn't run the whole diastance, had to go early (to the fisio). It was super hot.

Did a lot of running and jumping, and then we did stickwork.

Monday Feb 1

slept:8.0

Did a 16 min warm-up. Then did a 1000m fast, 400m jog, 800m fast, 200m jog, 600m fast and 400m fast. My times were:
1000m - 3:58
800m - 3:15
600m - 2:21
400m - 1:28
