| Saunders day 2. Did consider putting this in activity of walking rather than running, but we did run about 1 km of the 15. Bit tired but thought it had gone quite well, just lost a little time on 3 trying to find somewhere safe to cross the swollen stream and a little more being hesitant on the way into 5. Maybe total 3 mins lost, compared to about 10 on day 1. However seems we were cack, dropped 15 places. Oh well. |

| Saunders Kirkfell with Sarah. Mostly good "run", just got a bit caught up on 4 trying to find a safe way down from the top, prob should've gone around the bottom. 10 mins wasted probably. |

| Halifax club training at Sowerby. First time in ages, last time was Feb and it was dark and cold (funnily enough). Didn't seem to have lost much of the touch which was good. I expect if I did a full run down I would be knackered by the end though. |
