Training Log Archive: slow-twitch

The usual local long run - including the usual low expectations, the usual realisation after about half an hour that actually I could at least match the previous effort after all, the usual late decision that I might as well aim to push it up at least another 5 minutes, the usual adding on of strange detours to get the extra time, and the usual regretting the decision as soon as I was committed to it.

...followed up by about 8.5km of walking around town including visits to 8 bars and a museum. Not your average work-do, but then I don't have many average work-mates...
