Failed hill reps session at Otari. Meant to be 4x3 mins (I might have allowed myself 3). First was good but next 2 I could feel the energy just draining away, and bailed earlier each time. Almost felt like I'm coming down with something so pulled the pin. Better after some food so maybe the tank was just a bit empty. Hopefully!

Had a tough choice between the waterfront 5k ( which I won't have too many more attempts at) or an O-gang run featuring a couple of members I last saw in Sweden, and the famous pancake cake afterwards. Like I said, tough choice. Belmont hills up to the woodshed then along the ?Kilminster? ridge and a little bit of bush 'running' towards the end. Calf ok, probably because there were plenty of stretching opportunities along the way.
