Typical Hagley+ 'long' run. Cut short a bit because I could feel a bit of a hotspot developing in the Achilles region, but because I missed this session last weekend I can still claim a week-to-week gain ;-) And probably longer than I was expecting to keep going for during much of the first 10-15 minutes, took a bit for the enthusiasm to build up.
Evening run. Went much better than expected, I should do this more often but would need more energy at the end of the day, which would mean finishing work earlier, which would mean starting earlier, which would need more energy...
