The imaginatively named Peak Hill. Didn't go all the way to the Peak but definitely went up and down the Hill. Calves and knees will be telling me about this tomorrow.

Victoria Park. Pulled out partway through when my calf announced it wasn't happy with the steep green climb we'd just completed. Felt like just a muscle knot but wasn't comfortable even jogging along paths. No great loss, I'd been very messy on orienteering process pretty much all the way round and quickly out of breath, even feeling a bit asthmatic, on any noticeable uphill.
