shoes: hot chilli 2023

Better session than last time, though to some extent only realised in retrospect as a few times the mind would say no when the body said yes, and vice versa. Was mostly handling the 2s on the slab wall and having fun with them in the other parts of the gym. Hopefully an overhang that I spent a fair bit of time on will still be there next time, I'm sure if I can get the next move the rest will be easy.

Run hills 50:00 [3]
shoes: X-talon 2022

First hill run of the year. It showed, though I'd like to claim the headwind in places was hitting harder than the uphills. Sugarloaf to Mt Vernon slopes, on return stayed on the MTB track as far as the top of Vic Park then straight up Latter's Spur to the carpark ( which went better than expected). A bit sore at the front of the arch on all the ups but not where the tear was, so hopefully OK.

Almost copy and paste of last week. Lost Richard & Joe to post lunch meetings at the 3/4 mark, at which point Geoff and Sharkboy definitely lifted the workrate... 2.5 minutes faster overall so I'm not imagining it. A couple of worrying stabs in the arch halfway around but disappeared as soon as I adjusted the shoe.
