Canal Cities Festival. Day 1 at Syracuse site. Very interesitng terrain. Had a real good race, not perfect, but only about 2 min of errors. Too bad course was thrown out (add another minute error on #8). Still happy with course and how I did. Lots of marshes, muck, intricate contour detail.

Day 1 Brown (Course voided) - Splits

Catamount. Pink couse, hill side. took it easy at the start, picked up the pace after about 1 km, felt decent but not like racing.

Missed a few days, too hot. felt sluggish so only ran half loop at Catamount hilly side.
